Last year, our Christmas performances were totally sold out. This year, to ensure tickets are allocated fairly, we are limiting entries to 8 per customer through a ballot drawing. It is free to enter the ballot.
If you are successful, you will receive an email with a unique link to purchase seats across all performances dates for our 2024 Christmas period.

If you have any access requirements and you are successful in the Monday Ballot, please book any available seats via the winning ballot link and then email fortuneboxoffice@theambassadors.com detailing your access needs with your booking reference number. The Fortune Box Office team will come back to you and will move your seats to accessible ones depending on specific requirements.
If you require a companion ticket, the team will help you navigate the ATG access portal and ensure your specific requirements are addressed.
