3.2 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
4. The prize
4.1 The prize is one ticket valid for entry to any performance of any Show produced by the Promoter worldwide (subject to ticket availability of any such performance) (“Golden Ticket”). The Golden Ticket may be used an unlimited number of times and shall remain valid for the lifetime of the holder.
4.2 The Golden Ticket is personal to the winner and may only be used by the individual to whom it is awarded. It is non-transferable or assignable, may not be sold or otherwise provided to any third party and there is no cash alternative. Each winner is responsible for any tax liability arising as a result of entering the Prize Draw, accepting or using the prize and must comply with any applicable tax obligations in accordance with applicable law.
4.3 Winners will be provided with details of the booking process and how to reserve seats following notification of their prize. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within three months of the publication of the winning tickets, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and no alternative winner will be selected.
6.5 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and county of residence of prize winners on the Promoter’s website. 6.7 If you object to your surname or county being published, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
